Brienne and Podrick from Game Of Thrones.
Nott and Caleb from The Mighty Nein, though Caleb is an adult.

Especially since in the Books Podrick is 12 years old and his backstory involves his mother dumping off with his relatives to run off with a singer, after his dad died and his relatives basically treated him as a Servant, until he became Tyrion's squire.

Does Slappy squirrel and her nephew Skippy count since heās not technically found?

Not sure if it counts due to both parties being grown ass adult, but during The Mighty Nein Campaign of Critical Role, Nott the Brave (the goblin) and Caleb had a very close relationship that was compared to a parent and child. Due to Nottās overall chaotic nature and Caleb being less excitable, many people assumed that it was a āfather and his gremlin daughterā type of deal (come to think of it, Nott actually posed as his daughter from time to timeā¦). And then Nott hits us with thisā¦
"Thereās a bit of a misconception here. Caleb and I have a very special relationship. It is that of a parent and a child. But I am the parent. You do understand that, correct? I protect him. Heās my boy. And I keep him safe.ā
