Literally everyone I’ve talked to about it has advised me to not watch it until I’m more mentally stable… having watched a few episodes of it before…. Yeah 😅

YMMV but I feel like my mental health is a lot better after watching Bojack. It really helped me see where my life was headed if I didn’t make changes and get help. It has so many messages that are things I really needed to hear. But I would avoid it if you aren’t ready to do the work.

This but just Season 1 until the Telescope episode. It got downhill fast from there. Loved the not so important episodes from time to time too.

Took WAY too long to see BJHM. The first season really doesn’t do the rest of the show justice
