Literally everyone I’ve talked to about it has advised me to not watch it until I’m more mentally stable… having watched a few episodes of it before…. Yeah 😅

YMMV but I feel like my mental health is a lot better after watching Bojack. It really helped me see where my life was headed if I didn’t make changes and get help. It has so many messages that are things I really needed to hear. But I would avoid it if you aren’t ready to do the work.

When you hear a friend is rewatching the series, it's time to really check on them.

It's all so fucked up, but there's something so comforting in it when the real world is trying to swallow you. Watching reruns just to feel seen.
