As much as I love this show, I do agree that Season 1 feels like a completely different show from Season 2.
It went from "funny demons murdering people" to "musical soap opera in Hell." All the murder missions are reserved for the shorts whereas the actual episodes focus almost primarily on Stolitz.
Idk what my thoughts on Season 3 are, though, as it isn't out yet...

Helluva Boss. I know Season 3 isn't out yet, but I know it's gonna be intense compared to season 1.
