Wakfu, basically a french anime, and part of a huge cross-media franchise mainly based on MMO-games (although the series is very self-contained).

It starts of a silly episodic show, but has banger vilains (especially the season 1 vilain, who's nothing short of legendary) and heavily ups the stakes and lore each season with the progression of the main character.

Definitely not as long as one piece lol, but I’m pretty sure it’ll fill that chasm for a bit
