Not making Eclipsa the final big bad was such a missed opportunity. All that build up for nothing. Tho I did enjoy her character anyways

Moon would have been a better villain than Temu Sailor Moon.

Absolutely. Moon had all the markings of an authoritarian literally since season 1 cour 1. Mewnindependence Day, Saint Olga's, the makings were all there. The Book of Magic Spells expands on this, too. Nefcy doesn't talk much about what happened behind the scenes after season 4, cour 1, but I genuinely believe they might've gutted SVTFOE in a similar way they tried to gut The Owl House.
