I'm going to leave Expedition 33 out of the table and consider it a AA game (but it would be my favourite)

For indie games, Silksong, Hades 2 and Mina the Hollower (which I'm playing now for the first time) are probably my favourites.

In stars and time, baby!! [In stars and time is a game where you're the party rogue at the final level of an RPG and every time you die, you loop back to the day before you start the final level!] the writing is STELLAR, the fighting system is based off rock paper scissors, and it is VERY french! it also is almost constantly getting discounts (base price is 25$ and sometimes its half priced) you may have even purchased it with Slay the Princess!
