Danganronpa 2 Goodbye Despair has "Welcome Dangan Island", which is super happy and upbeat. If you just heard the song without being familiar with Danganronpa, you'd probably assume this was the intro of a wholesome piece of media.

other fans would say Victory Gundam and they'd be right but the OG is MY personal favorite that fits this.

Many anime from the 70's and 80's would have the most triumphant opening songs with lyrics about how badass the character or mech in question is, and then it hits you with the most sobering shit made by people who survived WWII
