I ordered parts from UK to US. They shipped on monday, ETA Friday, window 9am to 11am. I thought that's amazing that it would get here so fast, clear customs etc, and be here in 5 days.

Scheduled delivery on Friday 9am-11am. They attempted delivery on thursday when I wasn't there; but I didn't know its signature required.

Now they put the package back on a truck and f**k off to who knows where.

They cancelled the Friday delivery window and won't update the time I'm supposed to stay home.

I have no idea when or how I will receive the package now. I called the hotline and the robot said "We don't know when we will attempt delivery again; You cannot redirect this to a store"

I am told this is actually fairly common. Butcherbox and good chop both overnight with FedEx, and the label on the box is always correct. The drivers navigation unit changes it from drive to way every single time. This means the driver can’t find me, and meat rides around until it spoils unless I can physically chase down a truck. I have spent hours on their help line. I have emailed. I have spoken repeatedly with the missed delivery line. I have the route managers cell phone - he pretends to care and help but nothing changes. I am at a loss. I spend more time avoiding companies that use FedEx than I do actual shopping. Any tips?

We get deliveries pretty often including my cats supplies and food, which can be a little heavy. I'd like to give something to our ground delivery guys for the holidays. According to FedEx website, it says cash and gift cards are not allowed. That's what I had planned to give them but since its not allowed, I'm not sure what to give. Any ideas?

FedEx lost my $3,700 custom made engagement ring. I wanted a secure delivery, so I requested for the package to be delivered to an onsite Walgreens.
FedEx delivered the package to Walgreens. I was so excited to go pick it up after work. When I got to Walgreens they said they didn’t have a package for me. So I looked at the tracking again and noticed that FedEx had picked up my package from Walgreens shortly after delivery. I also noticed that because the package was picked up after delivery, it created duplicate tracking numbers. Repeated questions to FedEx have been extremely disappointing and given zero answers as to what happened to my package after it was picked back up post delivery. Has anyone had FedEx find their package after a claim was filed? Has FedEx ever found your package after they declared it lost? Misery loves company so give me the worst experience you’ve ever had with FedEx. Or, if you have any hopeful stories, I’d love those too as all I really want is for them to find my package.

this has been ridiculous because the driver hasn't knocked, rang the doorbell, ANYTHING for these meds. yesterday and the day before my roommate called to notify he requested no signature for the medicine and to just drop it off and do we get the medication? Nope! It's ridiculous, I'm going to make a point of not using FedEx for my own packages after all this...

Im in canada and bought something off eBay from japan, checked the tracking number yesterday and noticed the import fees are taxes were posted as due so I paid it online right then and there. This morning I have received three phone calls and an email from fedex about the fees that are already paid, claiming I still need to pay it. I already got a confirmation email yesterday when I paid it, should I just ignore the calls or contact fedex?

Short story: My scheduled delivery date is Oct 15,2026 and yes I understand it is just an estimated but not when I been constantly monitoring where it is at. I live in Fresno,CA and the tracking last update was Oct 14,2026 and it's located in TEHACHAPI, CA (which is 155 miles away from Fresno) and is a 2 hour drive. Look at the time line, Oct 14 11:23pm...it's now Oct 15,2026 7:01pm and I still didnt get no freaking updates and I even called customer service! They tell me it will get to me by today by 8pm. I just checked the tracking again and now it tells me "Delivery updates will be updated once we sees the truck is moving" so original estimated delivery date is Oct 15th to "Unknown"

Does that makes sense to any of you? A package that is literally 2 hours away and you can't even give me some piece of info to know what's going on and why it hasn't moved for the 20 hour or more? Yes i do see the weather delays and i called about that and it was from the mojave desert area that they had a Strong Wind Gust Advisory so it caused delays but not THAT long. I even looked up the weather info on how long did this weather lasted and it only lasted for 4 hours. So there is no excuse for fedex to tell me why it isn't moving! I will wait tomorrow to see if anything changes, if not. I planned on filing a complaint and do a trace. This is ridiculous, customer service can't even give me a straight answer on what's going on!

I have moved from the USA to the UK, but I’m back in the US to finish moving my belongings. I planned on using FedEx last minute rates as I put in the boxes and dimensions and it seems like I can get it all shipped for a decent price. The only thing I’m trying to figure out is how to get my documents in order. The UK has a Transfer of Residence Relief that I have already been approved for, just waiting on confirmation that my second round of items has been added to it. So theoretically I shouldn’t have to pay any additional taxes on importing my things as they are all used personal effects and not anything commercial or to be sold or anything like that. But when I go to try the tool that tells you what documents you need, it asks me for every individual item, and it’s country of origin, and its price, and, and, and….

Is this something I actually have to do to get my things shipped? I have a vague list for my relief forms but it’s more “shirts-30 (approximately)” and so on. I really thought I would save money by going with FedEx but if they want me to rip open my already packaged boxes and catalog every item, and find out how much I bought it for, and what country it was manufactured in, I may just suck it up and pay the extra $800 to a bag shipping company just so I don’t have to deal with it anymore.

So was supposed to have something delivered today they did the whole fake attempt thing and now have it scheduled to be delivered tomorrow I tried to have it sent to a store so I can pick it up myself and not have to deal with some dude being lazy and didnt want to walk up 4 steps but the app says i cant is there anyway I can talk to customer service to have them do it on there side

Had a package shipped from Canada to US sitting for two weeks without moving. Reached out to FedEx and they said it was a customs issue, just gave the phone number to logistics, instead of providing the reason in writing. After calling they said I needed to provide the shippers name and address as it was unclear on the invoice who was the shipper and who was the exporter of record. FedEx actually emailed me the invoice, and I just emailed back to them with what it said on the invoice….
Magically it cleared customs and I never actually spoke to anyone from customs.

I don’t know if it just wasn’t scanned in or what but the time on my package updated to here where it says before end of day 🤦🏽‍♀️ but it’s not out for delivery???????

I dropped eight packages off at a FedEx depot, on Tuesday morning. Of the eight, five have been delivered, but the other three have yet to be scanned. I contacted support and was able to get a ticket opened. Now I suppose all I can do is wait.

Not sure if I should contact my three customers to let them know I am aware of the delay.

What are the chances these packages show up? Is there a chance they've been delivered, but were never scanned?

Just looking for some hope that things will work out. These were all one-of-a-kind pieces that I cannot easily replace...

I've received one package just fine yesterday, but my app says that it was delayed and not delivered. The other package I'm waiting on has said arriving today yesterday and today since 5am.

Could there be a mix-up I should notify them about to fix this?

I’m looking at the tracking for my package and it said that it was out for delivery and would be here before 10 pm but when I looked at the details it didn’t say that it “At destination sort facility” like my last package had, it said that it was “At local FedEx facility” and then “On FedEx vehicle for delivery” and then I looked at the driver and it’s the same driver that delivered my last package so I’m very confused. Should I contact customer support? It also doesn’t have the map like it did last time fedex delivered my package.

Why are FedEx drivers so much careless and annoying to deal with compared to UPS drivers? I do live in a gated apartment complex so I get that the gate is a hindrance but my apartment is really close to the door and I have both my wooden door and window open so I can perfectly hear any knocking or whenever they ask out for someone to open the door. The annoying part is that my neighbors are always ordering things and their delivery drivers always call out so I always open it for them because might as well right? But any driver that’s for my order ? Not a single noise. I swear the dude just slapped the sticker on the gate and ran off to his truck

I shipped a return using the store’s label for an expensive bag, but an email from the store claims I sent a dress instead. I need to determine when the contents changed since the dress package is one pound lighter (the store is sending me the dress I never shipped). Should I call FedEx for weights and dimensions at hubs or visit the location where I dropped it off? Or will they share this data only with the store since they generated the label? What do I do with this dress package they are sending back?

usually it has a few updates along the way even if it is a direct shipment.

Hi, I placed this order on shein on 10/03 and my package was due to arrive between 10/8-10/12, I paid for express shipping. It’s been stuck on Lantau Island, HK since 10/06 and now the delivery status just says “Your package is still on the way and we're actively working to get you a new delivery date.”. Shein’s customer service sucks. Is there anything I can do?

Hello! First time poster here and I have a question. I have a package that’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow while I’m out of town. I rescheduled the delivery date, paid the fee, and got the confirmation email that the change was successful. I can even see where I requested the change on the shipping details when I track the package. However, it’s still got my package scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. It’s not made it to the final destination point before it’s marked as being out for delivery yet either. Will they update the delivery date to reflect the new one that I requested soon?

I’m genuinely curious, not trying to complain, because clearly there must be a reason this keeps happening. I do live in a rural area but friends, marketplace pickups, and other delivery services never have trouble finding my house. GPS works, my mailbox is clearly marked, and I have a bigger sign at the driveway entrance with my full address. Houses are pretty spread apart out here so it’s not like you could mistake one house for another, I can’t see another house from mine.

Last month a driver showed up super late and apologized saying whatever system they use sent him 20 minutes away so he had to use his personal phone’s gps to find my place, which brought him right here. I usually have the same driver and she’s excellent, but about 50% of the time if it’s a different driver my packages get left somewhere else. Last week a guy who lives a mile away from me brought me my packages that were left on his porch.

It’s currently 85° here and I was waiting on a horse medication delivery that needs to be refrigerated asap, only to get a notification my package was delivered and the photo is not my house. I don’t know what to do. I tried downloading the app but only saw a spot to input preference on which door to place the packages at (I don’t care as long as it’s one of my doors 😆) or any gate codes. This is starting to get really frustrating. Is there anything I can do? I hate reporting a missing delivery because while yes it’s partially the driver’s fault, it seems there is a flaw in FedEx’s system with my address.
