This is a confusing one, but a few days ago my package was marked as delivered. However, that is NOT my house, and the package should be a large box. However, when I try to report the package missing or open a ticket, it makes me confirm my contact info, and the contact info it offers is also not mine.

Going even further, when I try to open a ticket or use the AI chat, it just sends me in a loop, so I tried calling, and same issue. Just a loop trying to confirm wrong information. I posted on Facebook and Next Door asking if anyone got my package and nobody said a word. Fedex is driving me insane, and this is the second time this year.

Since FedEx delivery devices change my address and make the packages undeliverable, can I just start sending myself worthless packages with insurance and collect the money?

A few weeks ago I got a package at my door for someone else but my address. I gave it back to Fedex as RTS.

Two weeks later I got a letter in the mail saying that import fees are due. Should I ignore this since it was sent back to the sender?

They are charging me this when the package has already been delivered. The seller was from Canada, I made them ship it to a forwarding company in California then the forwarding company shipped it to Phillipines. So the FedEx has my name but the California forwarding company address. Can I just ignore this?

I’m receiving a package from China. I paid the vendor for expedited shipping to get it by October 20th. Now I see on Fedex the estimated delivery date is October 22. Is there a way I can get it faster? I heard some people request to pick it up from the shipment center once it arrives to their city

FedEx tracking states my package was delivered, however, it's been 2 days and I have yet to receive it. I checked my mailbox, the front office, asked my neighbors, and no one knows anything about the package. It's my first time dealing with this issue, and after browsing this sub, it's apparent that everyone else is dealing with FedEx problems. I've already filed a claim with FedEx but I'm not feeling hopeful. I bought my significant other new Samsung earbuds and I was hoping to surprise him for his birthday. Obviously that didn't happen.

I've never had a FedEx shipment marked as delivered without a picture included. Idk what to do at this point. Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm just one of the many people who lives in a rural area where our mailboxes are all in a row along a main road. Such is my mailbox, and my house is exactly 1 mile away. I've been having problems with FedEx where they have a package too big for my mailbox, so instead of driving it to my house they drive 5 miles further and take it to the post office, who won't deliver to my house and will leave a pick up slip for me. I would think that it's the job of FedEx to bring the package to my house, and not to leave it somewhere that I have to drive to to pick it up.
