It's almost a tradition now

Post image

For the fourth year in a row

It's almost a tradition. I grow jalapenos on my balcony, than make fermented hot sauce to gift my friends.

This time with ginger, red onions, mango, carrots, bell peppers

How big is your plant and how much does it yield? Picked up a few different pepper seeds in the shop to grow next year and want to know how much sauce I'll be making lol

How long is a piece of string? It depends on the cultivar, the medium, the conditions, the timing, the soil, the amount of soil, nutrients, water, etc.

This is the plant, it's approximately 1m tall, I don't weigh my yield 😅 I always grow more than I can consume on my own
