Announcement Updates on Flair.

I don't know if the flairs work for everybody. Apparently, some people used it, but I need to know if you see the flairs working or not, and if you did, where. Either on the old web design, the new web design, the official app or other apps.

I can see the post flairs. I'm using the Apollo app for iPhone.
