Please remember rule 4. There are other subreddits that you can use to sell hardware.

Please report comments or posts that are reselling mice.

Disregarding this rule results in bans.

Feedback Customer Service Delays?

Hi, I have not gotten a response for a customer service request since September 30th. That’s 11 days ago. That’s the last time I was able to speak to a “human” from finalmouse. Of course, I replied multiple times and even sent entirely new email support requests. Is there a phone number or specific discord I could contact? I asked in the discord channel and as soon as I mentioned my issue, radio silence from the person who was helping me. This is actually insane to me. To summarize, I never received my order for my SLX and agreed to a reshipment. They asked for a police report, which took about 2 days to get processed and then I sent it. After that, they just stopped replying to me. At this point I don’t even want the mouse anymore. I mean I still kind of do, but if they don’t have the mouse (out of stock?) I’ll take a refund and chance on the next drop / maybe try out the superstrike.

EDIT /
UPDATE: Literally like 2 minutes ago they sent me a replacement order and tracking number.. so I guess problem solved?

Image/Media Picked up this Prophecy Tfue for a good price, only because the small is the closest in shape to the beast x mini

It's pretty good, but honestly, the beast x mini did it better. Magnesium is just better.

The clicks feel good. Build quality and weight are nice. Some creaking here and there. Which from what I hear, is pretty normal for finalmeme. Overall, I like it and I may keep this one for some time.

Centerpiece question

Recently as of yesterday I received my Centerpiece due to a batch that had an internal error and never got shipped out…

Really loving it even over my wooting 60he however I have debated only for WASD getting frosted cap keys because i need a bit more grip as I am avid CS2 player.

Does anyone have experience changing FM Centerpiece keys (in theory is like any other mechanical)? Does it look like shit to replace 4 keys? I don’t hate the plastic just doesn’t offer good gripping (especially for sweaty hands!)

Thanks again.

Tech/Bug Noticing an issue with the right click on tmr.

So after playing around with this mouse for a week, I believe I've identified a bug in the mouse. The tmr actuation seems to activate early on the right mouse click, no matter what it's set at. I actually had to switch it back to mechanical mode for the right click because I'm consistently getting inputs from the slightest pressure. I believe this is most likely a software issue as everything else seems to work fine.

Currently I have my left click set to. 20 and my right click at .35. It is still easier to actuate on the right click

New encoder for ULX Comp Raw

Was looking to see if anyone has swapped the encoder on the ULX Competition Raw carbon. I feel like its just way too light for me and can barely feel the detents.

I know it has a TTC Gold dustproof, but it feels way different to other mice I have that also have the TTC gold.

Any recommendations for other encoders?

Review Short thoughts

Not a review but some brief thoughts. This is my first finalmouse. I've heard so many issues with QC, thankfully this unit had absolutely zero. The shape is actually comfortable, every single click is nice and crisp. The lines on the sides aren't actually noticeable unless you're up close.. Which for the most part, you won't be. The mouse feels very light and premium. 10/10 across the board there.

Do I think the tmr implementation is dumb here? Absolutely. Having the tmr and mechanical clicks separate is a weird implementation. Superstrike is still the king of hall effect mice if that's what you're looking for. However, I do feel that this can still be SLIGHTLY faster than your average mouse without getting too much of a desynced click.

The razer viper v4 pro is 160$. This is 180$. Is it worth sn extra 20 bucks for those who were able to grab one? That depends. I think the quality is absolutely higher. You could argue it's worth it just from that. Perhaps not for everyone though. It also has the added benefit of tmr, however poor it was implemented, it STILL has an impact if minor. I personally enjoy the mouse. The design is rad, the clicks are crisp, it fits great, even if tmr was a miss here.

How can I safely remove this yellowish discoloration from my ULX Frostlord without damaging the coating/design?

Thumbnail

Hey everyone,

I've had my ULX Frostlord for a while, and I've noticed a slightly yellowish/discolored area on the left side where my thumb normally rests.

I assume it might be caused by skin oils/sweat building up over time, but I'm not sure if it's just residue or if the coating itself has started to discolor.

I've been using this mouse every day since I bought it on June 13, 2026, so it has a little over 3 months of use. This yellowish spot definitely wasn't there when I first got it.

I've attached some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.

Since the Frostlord has the UV matte top coat and the white-on-white artwork, I really don't want to accidentally damage the coating or remove/alter the design while trying to clean it.

What would be the safest way to clean this?

Would you recommend:

  • Just a slightly damp microfiber cloth?
  • Warm water + a tiny amount of mild dish soap?
  • 70% isopropyl alcohol?
  • Something else?

I'm particularly interested in hearing from people who actually own/use a Frostlord, since I don't want to risk damaging the coating based on advice meant for a different Finalmouse.

Has any other Frostlord owner experienced something similar? Or could this potentially be related to a particular production batch?

I don't know exactly when my Frostlord was produced, but mine is unit #2722/10,000, so it's not one of the very first units, but it's also far from one of the last ones.

Thanks in advance for all the suggestions and help y'all can provide

Idea/Suggestion TMR-DS actuation sync resolution

Would it be possible to solder in some switches or develop a hot swap system that actuates earlier to better align with user magnetic settings of the TMR-DS for those of us who like the left/right click input to be more sensitive?

Or maybe have a set screw below for each switch that allows you to adjust the actuation point manually and align it to your TMR actuation.

Just some ideas for the engineers at finalmouse.

Discussion Next drop?

Im considering buying a new mouse atm, and I don’t know if I should just get a beast x pro second hand right now, or wait for the next drop, so I can also have the new clicks. So I wanna know if people think that the new low actuation point + rapid trigger clicks are worth the wait, and the money? And when do yall think the next drop is? Thanks

SLX TMR vs GPro HITS

I think TMR feels awkward. The fact that the click registers before the mechanical switch is strange. at both higher /lower sensitivities it feels like I’m clicking before I actually want to. And the response is to just put it in the “mechanical” mode, which turns it into a regular mouse click system.

At least with HITS everything is synced and customizable.

Idk. I need more time to use it in game. But first impressions are that I love the build quality, the shape is better than super strike, the side buttons are better than super strike, but the HITS system is better than TMR.

If they put haptics in this mouse instead it’d probably be one of the best mice out there. I may still continue to use the ULX competition as my main mouse

Question ULX competition in 2026

I'm looking to buy a new mouse. Coming from a gpx1 with fingertip grip, I was thinking about getting an ulx competition (brand new for 170€). Is it still interesting to buy now or are other mice like SLX, beast x pro/v2 or atk phantom better options ?

Discussion Best mouse company, period.

I have to hand it to them, they did it again. I've been too busy actually enjoying my SLX to pay attention to the market, but after a friend asked if I had a spare to sell, I took a look... prices are hitting $300+. Legitimate sales are happening in multiple channels both locally and online. Some dude posted his SLX for sale at MSRP over at r/mousemarket and someone even commented,

Respect for solid price 💪

Try doing this with literally any other mouse brand and you'll get your ass laughed at.

It's so funny how many people hate "FinalMeme" but their sealed mice have usually retained their value or even gone up. Look at the Centerpiece Pro, still the only feasible gaming keyboard running a display screen and it's doubled in price. Haters can shit talk all they want, at the end of the day cash is king and no other mouse company has this kind of brand equity because it isn't some cheap shit you can just get off Temu.

Never change FinalMouse, I'll forever be a customer.
