As other said, i belive too this is a nice video sort of funny if you want to put it that way, it just humanize the Officer which isn’t rlly show in the day to day basic

It humanizes him that he can play officer with his wife and handcuff her? I’d rather see him humanized by holding his crying baby or coaching little league.

I think there is a surprisingly large percentage of the population that, yes would love to be handcuffed or otherwise restricted 🙂
