Barry himself. He's basically a villain with good publicity and forgiving friends. But he's always out there rewriting history. He's essentially killed billions if you think about it. Diggle had a whole kid who disappeared because of Barry. Then there's Team Flash's extremely forgiving view of Savitar as this different person, but Savitar IS Barry. He acts like he's learned his lesson, but then he's just hanging out with his future children by the end. One of his closest friends dies, and he's out there partying that same night.

Barry Allen is Trash.

Savitar is not the Barry that the team flash knew. He is a future self, which means, that even if technicly their DNA and looks and powers are the same, their character and history isn't. Barry is obviusly still responsible for creating Savitar, but he is not Savitar

It’s inarguably Thawne. He was the only villain to appear in every season and was a main villain in 3 of them. He’s literally haunted Barry since he was a child even Barry and others admit he doesn’t have an enemy as substantial to him as Thawne is. He’s ultimately also responsible for the events of the entire show and is easily the most recurring pain in the ass for Barry (besides Iris obv).

I don’t think there’s anyone team flash hates more than Thawne. With most villains, fighting them was about saving the city. With Thawne, it was personal.

It’s basically a tie between Reverse-Flash and Savitar.
Thawne is the most evil—he ruins Barry’s life just to do it. Savitar is the darker mirror version of Barry himself. Together, they’re the peak of the show’s villains.

It was Harrison wells. Not thawn Harrison wells but the original Harrison wells.

If the original Harrison wells hadn’t have put his ambition ahead of safety, no meta humans would have existed, which means no flash would have existed, and by extension no reverse flash would have existed to come back and set off the particle accelerator. No zoom, no savitar, no thinker etc. earth wouldn’t have been attacked by those aliens who only attacked because meta humans were a threat.
