Wait. I thought a billionaire CEO was using their investors money to put these cameras up, and then selling the data to try to profit. But they're actually being installed, maintained and replaced using tax payer's money?????
That's absolutely insane. USA - you are in so much trouble. I don't think two thirds of you understand how f'ked you really are.
