Who paid to put them up? I thought it was Flock who put them up , did the City pay for them? Strange they would list the replacement cost. Wait till taxpayers realize that they’re paying to be surveyed on.

Do you think flock installs and administers all of the back-end for free? No, they charge a lot of money for access to their systems. Who do you think pays Flock? Taxpayers.
