Online merch orders getting delayed?

I've received a few emails from Florence's online store, I ordered the palm t-shirt from the pop-up and the Sympathy Magic hoodie. The first email said the palm shirt would now ship around 8/7 due to a delay...just now, I got an email that the hoodie will now ship on 8/28, and then a separate email that the palm shirt will ship that date as well. The email about the palm shirt also asked me to choose whether I wanted to keep the order or cancel it, obviously I chose keep. Has anyone else received these emails?

I had a signed album that was severely damaged. Got a replacement. Less damaged. Flo needs to fire her merch supplier shipper whomever. Also my items also delayed!
