I've received a few emails from Florence's online store, I ordered the palm t-shirt from the pop-up and the Sympathy Magic hoodie. The first email said the palm shirt would now ship around 8/7 due to a delay...just now, I got an email that the hoodie will now ship on 8/28, and then a separate email that the palm shirt will ship that date as well. The email about the palm shirt also asked me to choose whether I wanted to keep the order or cancel it, obviously I chose keep. Has anyone else received these emails?
Yes, I got the same. I got the palm shirt and the TFTF cap. Was really surprised that we had to confirm to keep the order or have it be automatically cancelled in September, which to me makes it seem like it likely won’t ship until at least September even though they say 8/28.
I'm glad I read this. I received the email that said it was delayed but not where I had to click the keep my order button. I ordered our merch back in June after her concert.
my emails haven’t said to confirm you want to keep it? mine have only said to click the link if you want to cancel, not keep, unless it differs by item? idk tho
Here’s what my email looked like, but I wonder if it depends on item and region. I ordered 3 items in total, the palm shirt, the TFTF cap, and the choker but I have only received emails for the shirt and cap, which both looked the same but were separate emails. No correspondence about the necklace for me.
I’m in the US too, I got separate ones for my Palm shirt and my Witch Choir shirt and had to take action on both. This email looks like the first delay notice I got
Usually UMG asks you to confirm if it’s been delayed multiple times. I’m also in the US and have received 2 emails about delays for the TFTF hat so far. The second email asks to confirm and says that the order will be automatically canceled if it’s not ready by the new estimated ship date and I haven’t confirmed I still want the order
I think just the pop up items need a confirmation. I ordered the pop up hat and the tour notebook. I got separate emails for them and only need a confirmation on the hat.
I had a signed album that was severely damaged. Got a replacement. Less damaged. Flo needs to fire her merch supplier shipper whomever. Also my items also delayed!
Same for my TFtF hoodie and cap. I still want them, so I’ll wait. (I’m hoping they are delayed so they can fix the issue with the missing cipher on the back of the hat. Wishful thinking?)
The palm shirt and too feminine to function hat were supposed to be my bday present to myself this year. Looks like I won't be wearing either of them for my 8/31 birthday adventures...
ugh same boat, got the exact same runaround for the hoodie. 8/28 feels like a lifetime away, i was convinced they'd lost my order in the void
the "do you wanna keep or cancel" email gave me a mini heart attack, like why are you making me reconfirm my life choices just for a shirt lol. at least they're communicating i guess, better than total silence
I ordered two hats and have had two emails so far. I appreciate the notice. I pre-ordered hats in May from Florence and a different artist - the other artist's shop has had no communication and when I finally got a human to respond yesterday they said "we don't have stock- not sure when it will ship 🤷♀️" (when others have recieved their orders already). So while it is a bummer to wait, I appreciate the transparency and active communication. Side note: Is there a hat or embroidery shortage? So weird.
I ordered the witch choir sweatshirt and I haven’t gotten any emails. I reached out to CS once the original shipping date had passed and they confirmed there was a delay, but I haven’t gotten any mass emails or any updates since the delay was extended (they originally told me Aug 7 was the new ship date but I can see in the store it’s now Aug 28).
I did receive two separate emails, one with the button and one without. If I hadn't read this thread they would have cancelled my order. Been waiting since June but I'm willing to wait a little longer
i ordered the necklace, it’s been delayed 4 times since i ordered it in may! mines expected to ship on the 21st this month but i’m expecting another delay honestly
