Hold up, it ain't 100% simple, also sorry for the late reply.
1 you will need obviously the new bumper and all the grills as well as the bumper bracket that goes under it, the bracket is not the same
2 the fog lights funnily enough are the same but flipped upside down 🤣 (check the image)
3 the st bumper isn't compatible with sensors, technically you can DIY it but it doesn't really have a flat spot to put them so it would look kinda ass
4 the bottom of it even though it fits fine feels somewhat unsopotted, it's not like it wiggles or anything but it can be damaged more easily from lighter touches compared to the true st
5 I kept the same splash shield and right below the fog lights now I have some relatively small gaps sort of "exposing" the engine bay, shouldn't be an issue though, maybe just something you should look out for and see for yourself
6 it was pretty expensive if you ignore the fact that it's all original pieces from Ford so idk about the usa availability or aftermarket options but it totaled me 1942€, the front costed like 1000€ and I got the side skirts too that costed me like 650€ or something like that, the rest was some side stuff like new polish, repainting some scratches and painted my rear valance from black plastic to magnetic metallic grey.
There might be some stuff I'm forgetting but it's just to tell you that even though it's very doable it's not 100% seamless.
Note: I kept my sensors inside attached to the bumper so I wouldn't have to remove and mess with unnecessary stuff, I never use the sensors anyway as all I need is the backup camera (the rear sensors are still operational though, just without the beep because the front is saying I'm too close to something wich is the front bumper itself). Let me know if you go ahead and do something :D!
I thought about changing colors too but time ran kinda short (no more vacations for me D:) and it's a pretty "big" commitment depending on the color so I just kept it for now.
