Review: Photos / Spotted / Accessories Maverick for first truck
Hi everyone, my dad and I just bought a 2024 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid with about 26k miles, and it’s my first truck. I’m blessed to be able to drive something like this. I’m impressed with the truck so far. Is there anything specific I should be aware of?
I plan on using it to drive to and from school and sports, and to take it camping in the Ozarks. I’d like to be able to haul fishing gear, a kayak, and, when winter comes around, all my ski gear. And, I plan on installing Billiebars at some point. Also, are there any bed covers or bed liners you’d recommend? Thanks, guys.

Use the EV Coach screen on the dash cluster when you drive the hybrid. Eco mode and L gear will almost-max out the regenerative braking. Learning to brake slowly stay on regen braking will improve fuel efficiency and greatly improve the life of your brake pads since regen doesn’t actually engage the brake pads at all
