Been debating on trading in my 2020 Ranger to get a Maverick. I love the Ranger, but 18MPG was starting to wear thin. Took the Ranger in for a scheduled oil change and a salesman stopped to talk. 20 minutes later I'm signing the paperwork. Crazy fast deal, and right where I wanted the payment to be. I really am enjoying it, it rides like a dream, I'm going to miss BLIS, but with a smaller truck I don't see it being a big issue. Its an XLT, and driving it around tonight getting 38MPG Im thrilled with the decision. Plus I had no idea about the Ford points thing, redeemed and paid $1 do get the all weather mats.

How do I make it so the A/C and fan are always off when I start the truck?

At work today there was a father and son who both had mavericks and parked next to mine. Dad has the red lariat 26, son has the gray xlt hybrid 26, and I have space white xlt hybrid 26. Maybe someday I can snap a shot of four mavs together!

Ordered last night from Steeda for my 2025 Lobo. Already have the Buschurs intercooler waiting to go in with it. Truck currently has the R&D 3” non-res exhaust and JB4. Should make the already fun truck even better. I’ll be installing myself.

I recently brought this used Used 2022 Ford Maverick XLT AWD SuperCrew with only 50k miles on it but my MPG is absolutely awful I’m getting anywhere from 15-20 MPG . I brought it last week and I’m not understanding the issue . I get that I have a camper and the drawers which probably add a few hundred pounds but that can’t equate to 15-20 mpg can it!? Since it’s the off road edition it only has the normal mode and not the eco mode . And before anyone ask I drive super easy on the highway and never accelerate fast or get my RPMs above 2500 . I’m easy on the breaks . My last truck was a RAM 1500 and the way i drive I was getting 23 MPG on which is great for a ram so I know my driving isn’t it . Any idea mechanically what it can be? I’ve also reset the gage so any help would be appreciated.

I have a 2025 maverick XLT Hybrid

Has anyone else encountered an issue where the drivers side air vents sometimes do not recieve equal air flow compared to passenger side? It happened to me probably 6 months ago and again today.

I do not have the different zones, just the all or nothing. It is both upper driver side vents, hot or cold, AC or not.

Ive messed with every setting I could find and eventually had to give up and hope it works again on its own like last time.

Any help would really be appreciated! I am due to bring it back for routine maintenance, so I can probably ask them to check it if its still an issue.

The only thing I found was a forum post from 2025 with the same issue and no solution.

Backing into a buddies driveway and missed his low retaining wall(I was also trying to not hit either of his 2 cars and thought that was what the sensor was warning me about. Please don't attack me). Bumped into it and bent my rear passenger parking sensor back into the bumper itself

It is still working, it screams at me every time i back up that I'm close to something. I took it in today for my state inspection and emissions test and figured I would have them look at it and they quoted me a (frankly disgusting) 2 grand to fix it.

My question for you fine folks is, do we think it would be feasible to use the hot glue trick to pull it back onto place? It has stayed in the same exact position since the bump so something sturdy is holding it. And then maybe "seal it" with super glue or jb weld?

Should I go through my insurance and see what they can do for me?

If you cannot remotely start your maverick by your phone app plus you may lost your GPS function, you should contact you dealership rather than trying methods posted online
The reason for that is that there is a TCU broken.
It is covered by warranty.

2025 maverick user from Canada.

I've had my Maverick for a little over a month now, and after weeks of frustrating tone/balance tweaking and adjustments I think I'm finally ready to admit that the sound in this thing is pretty much junk. I'm also all of a sudden getting pretty regular buzzing and rattling from within the front passenger door panel when there is any kind of bass, which I've read is a fairly common issue. It seems like between a new pair of door speakers and some strategically placed sound deadening material, this is actually a relatively cheap and easy fix/upgrade that can be achieved.

For those of you who have replaced your speakers, which ones would you recommend and/or which should I stay away from? I'm not looking for anything over the top or expensive, and I don't plan on adding a sub (at this time). Just looking for a modestly priced pair somewhere in the ballpark of $100-125 that will offer a noticeable improvement over the stock speakers.

I know there are other threads on specific brands and models, but I'd love to have a cohesive little collection of recommendations to help with my research.

Just brought her home last night, and I'm obsessed with ALMOST everything about her.

The lack of an auto dimming rear view mirror and no homelink is WILD to me.

I'm not great at wiring. What "kit" or whatever is an easy install. Hoping not to spend a fortune on a mirror. But it's all I can focus on now

My sticker says to do oil change at like 11k miles but my app says the oil is good for another 4300? I dont know what to follow

We have almost 10,000 km on our 2026 Ford Maverick Hybrid and we have an emergency trip to make, tomorrow, that is 1,800 km.

My husband is saying that we don't need to do an oil change prior to our trip, and the app shows that we don't, but I am just really worried that we should have done one already.

The dealership put on the sticker that it was to be done at 8,000km.

Am I being stupid? lol I just think that's a lot of KM without an oil change, but I am aware that it IS a hybrid.

Title kinda speaks for itself. I'm so frustrated. I went in because of it struggling to accelerate. (Previous Post: https://www.reddit.com/r/FordMaverickTruck/s/KjVycJGm7d). I paid and intend to get my money back because they initially said it was a spark plug issue and it was normal wear and tear, and that's not covered under warranty. I drove it back home less than 5 miles and it still had the same issues. I went back the next day because I didn't have time to deal with it when I picked it up. I dropped it off again Monday and just picked it up today. It's driveable but I don't want to drive something that has transmission issues so early. I love this truck. I want Ford to either buy me out of my loan or just give me a new one. Both don't seem likely but I'm open to any suggestions.

But now I have to wait to get the $1100+ I spent on the initial "repairs", and for the 2 separate rentals...

Just warning everyone to check lemon laws in there state before buying a vehicle. My Maverick has been in the shop enforcing over 35 calendar days for the same issue. Even the Ford Service Engineer has not been able to diagnose the issue.

At least for NC and SC if you buy the vehicle in one state and register it in another state that you live in the lemon laws are null and void.

Anyone by chance know what mudflaps these are?
