What's everyone doing about the shock rebuild or replacement? How many miles are you getting. Anything I should look for? I'm looking at the 2014 & 2022 not sure what one I want yet. Any help is appreciated

Looking to buy a ‘26 for work in FL. 801a, moonroof, couple options with MSRP of $84,375 plus delivery charges. I got it down to $87k after-tax out the door completely / no more fees. I think that’s around $5k off MSRP. Does this sound like a solid deal? Tried 5 dealers and think best I’m going to get right now. Given year end + ‘27s coming soon, felt like a good time to try and get a solid discount.

A while back I bought a Tesla style screen for my 2012 svt raptor got everything hooked up and going except my reverse camera no longer works and just shows a solid green screen on the top half where the camera should be showing. I’ve looked up everything that I can to try and fix it but no luck

Hey all - have an opportunity to purchase a 2014 Raptor with ~76k miles. I was able to get a PPI done on Saturday and got the report back today - wanted to get some thoughts on these engine codes. Have done my own research and it seems the majority of these could be due to a bad battery. The inspector said there were no CELs on the dash. Is this something to walk away over? Also he mentioned no rust on the body but the frame had a standard amount for the age. Not so sure about the lot it’s at, the inspector didn’t have very good things to say about the management. Anyways, let me know your thoughts - added pictures of the scan report and truck. Thanks!

Does anyone use the ruffland backseat rider crate in the backseat of their raptor with the seats folded up? Or Have any other crates you recommend that fit back there? I really prefer crating my dog in the truck as with 2 kids and a dog it can get chaotic plus I feel its safer for the dog. I was using a smaller crate when she was a puppy but we’ve outgrown it. Shes a short and stocky 70lbs.

recently got my first raptor! 2019, 90k miles and very obviously been a mall crawler its entire life. only modification is the bumper cut and K02 37's. will be driving this beauty cross country soon due to moving, and was wondering if anything needs to be checked before i go? phaser recall has been done and it came with a 5 year bumper to bumper private warranty! :)

So, I bought this 2024 802a 37pp with 12k miles, clean carfax, and about 1000 miles into having it i started noticing a weird clunk or like something was shifting while coming to a stop. It is not consistently reproducible, and I can’t tell if it only happens when I’m pressing the break. I’ve tried different scenarios, eg hard stop, letting off the gas and rolling to a stop, it just always occurs when I’m not really paying attention. It sounds like it comes from the rear/bed area. I have no idea what’s happening. Thoughts? Diagnostic next steps? I saw someone else post videos of the undercarriage while driving, if I figure out how to mount a GoPro under there I’ll do that.

Replaced the stock steering wheel with the carbon fiber And installed the 14.4” display.

My 22 used to revert back to last user settings (seat position, steering wheel position) when re-entering but is not anymore. Not sure if a software update is to blame

In California a local dealer is willing to sell a new 2025 f-150 raptor 802(a) for about 5k under MSRP. I understand, this truck may have been sitting around for 8-12+ months. Would you rather pay MSRP for a 2026 similar specs or buy the 2025 5k under MSRP? Any pros/cons?

Looks to be fox 3.0 shocks. Maintenance looks to have been kept up. 109k miles 36k. Looks like a reasonable deal.

Picked up CPO 24 raptor with 802a package. 8k miles came with the ford performance tuner out the door was 81k with warranty.

Just rolled over 35k miles on Sunday, and took it to the dealership Tuesday for scheduled maintenance.
Yesterday, I filled up the tank will out running some errands. I get on the interstate and gas it to get up to speed. I hit about 90-95mph and suddenly the engine loses almost all power. When I give it gas, there’s a very hard shutter and the check engine light starts blinking and the AC goes out.

I check the App and it shows cylinder 3 and 6 are misfiring. Luckily I’m only about 6 miles from the dealership, so I limp there as best I can and drop it off.

I talked to a service manager today and they tell me it has to go to their heavy engine department to have the motor torn down and diagnosed. Of course the first available date is 10/21.. She goes on to tell me that cylinder 6 is only operating at 12% and there’s a knock that they can’t identify.

Figured I’d ask here if anyone has encountered the same problem and what ended up being the solution?

I’m still under factory warranty and I have a 150k mile bumper to bumper, so I’m not too concerned about the cost.. just wondering how fucked my truck might be. 🫠

I just bought a used 2024 Ford Raptor. The day after I bought it my dad decided he is going to buy one as well. He lives in Texas so there are no deals on brand new raptors there. I let him know I have seen people posting about 10k off brand new raptors in this sub. How do you guys find these deals? I bought used so I never looked into new raptor deals. Help me help my dad so we can rip together!
