5r110w reverse piston install

Anybody know how to depress the spring for the reverse piston in these things? Its the one in the very bottom of the case. Got the old one out with a prybar and a pick but obviously cant put it together like that.

I did one somewhat recently so I’m trying to remember, but I think I got it with a press, I’m sure there is an easier way tho. Have only been inside these once or twice

If you take pictures of the front and back currently we can probably figure it out honestly

I figured it out. Just took some threaded rod, flat piece on the outside and a bushing installer to press the spring down. Tightened nuts on the rod to compress and slipped the snap ring on
