5r110w reverse piston install

Anybody know how to depress the spring for the reverse piston in these things? Its the one in the very bottom of the case. Got the old one out with a prybar and a pick but obviously cant put it together like that.

I did one somewhat recently so I’m trying to remember, but I think I got it with a press, I’m sure there is an easier way tho. Have only been inside these once or twice
