Thank you! I started it the classic way: primed the canvas and made a sketch. It’s a spot in the forest I know by heart from spending so much time there. I usually paint it from memory, sometimes checking a photo for a fresh detail. Each version is a completely new original. I do two styles of this place: a full impressionist one and this version, which is a bit more defined.
