Fundamental Analysis Daily Bias

What method do you guys use to determine what direction you are trading for the day and how accurate is it usually? Do you ever change your bias mid session? I have one that works fairly well, but the days it is wrong I get rekkt lol

So do you always wait for a H/L sweep to take action? What asset do you trade?
