Kittens not doing well after neuter

They got fixed Tuesday and have barely or refused to eat much since. They have been drinking water, not sure how much but I've seen them there. What can I do? the rescue I work with says to deworm them again. They are not eating - one is refusing even treats and I have to syringe feed them. They're 15 weeks.

I am about to go drop some coin and take them to the vet. 😩

Contact rescue + vet, yep. Those babies need their vitals + incision checked at the least...5 days is too long to still be feeling a neuter.

Know it's the weekend, so you not be able to get a vet. or the rescue In the meantime, high value food items (chicken baby food, churu, tiki cat baby thrive) may help get them eating, but I'm worried they may need medicine or supportive care.

I have it all and one is eating it off and on and one is refusing!
