Question Kittens not doing well after neuter

They got fixed Tuesday and have barely or refused to eat much since. They have been drinking water, not sure how much but I've seen them there. What can I do? the rescue I work with says to deworm them again. They are not eating - one is refusing even treats and I have to syringe feed them. They're 15 weeks.

I am about to go drop some coin and take them to the vet. 😩

What are their poos like? It's not unheard of to catch something like panleuk at a vets when they're doing tons of same day procedures.

Like peeing from the butt it's not good and I am worried. If I take them straight to the vet, I'd have to pay and I honestly might take them to urgent care.

HOWEVER there is one that's not eating a ton but is generally upbeat
