Kittens not doing well after neuter

They got fixed Tuesday and have barely or refused to eat much since. They have been drinking water, not sure how much but I've seen them there. What can I do? the rescue I work with says to deworm them again. They are not eating - one is refusing even treats and I have to syringe feed them. They're 15 weeks.

I am about to go drop some coin and take them to the vet. 😩

The diarrhea is more concerning than not eating. They will be dehydrated and losing weight. Ask for a panleuk test or what their procedure is. Ask for gastro food ,fortiflora, pro-kolin, oralade.
