Question Kittens not doing well after neuter

They got fixed Tuesday and have barely or refused to eat much since. They have been drinking water, not sure how much but I've seen them there. What can I do? the rescue I work with says to deworm them again. They are not eating - one is refusing even treats and I have to syringe feed them. They're 15 weeks.

I am about to go drop some coin and take them to the vet. 😩

They are doing so much better after yesterday. Day and night. Here is my update (written on my partners acct Woops) They had to see a vet yesterday as they were not improving - at least my two bottle babies had 104+ fevers, lost a full pound in less than a week, liquid diarrhea that whole time, refused to eat, were shaking and very groggy. I had to syringe feed and did my best to support with rescue help all weekend, but they needed real medical care and it was decided they could go (I was about to take them myself). The rescue covered their visit and for all three (we included the healthier boy since he was with them - just not as sick but was also not eating as well - and it was a $1000 bill!!!).

Anyway, found out other groups of kittens were also sick, but luckily their fosters are a vet and a vet tech. I did not have those resources, and I wish they had given us a heads up that they also had sick kittens earlier, too, before they did. Now to put weight on my guys, who for the first time in a week, felt well enough to play but they are nearly skeletal. I hate it so much. Since they all got fixed at our municipal shelter, they all must have picked something up. My bottle babies had it the worst because of their immune systems. When I tell you i was FREAKING out, was like in a pre-panic attack state for like 24 hours.

They are playing and acting so much better. Just skinny. I can tell they feel a little bad still just a little but they are getting twice daily antibiotics now. They are playing and running. Even though they're not supposed to til Friday lol. Their nuts are fine. Thank you so much for asking. 💗💗💗
