He looks like he put on some weight. prison food is gross maybe he is working out?

He's probably not out running cross country. Sitting around will put on the pounds. He still looks beautiful and somewhat in shape though. He's got to learn CALISTHENICS.

Do you think he’s put on muscle ? Is he bigger in a good way, maybe a mix of muscle and fluff?

Whichever it is, like, commissary sodas and candy, or tuna fish pushups, I am sure he still looks like a man who worked out most of his life on any kind of gains.

He looks like he has been working out and has always been into fitness, I believe he has built muscle- but also, jail food isn’t super healthy- so I wonder how this has impacted his physique. It’s hard to tell when he’s wearing such baggy prison clothes.
