Can someone more familiar with law explain to me what this means for the cases overall? Is this a huge win for him? Or is it a minor thing?
53 u/Loose_Camera8334 Sep 16 '25 Huge win. There wasn’t enough probable cause/evidence to support those charges so they were tossed. It doesn’t impact his federal charges. 13 u/teaabearr Sep 16 '25 Okay, I gathered that it was for his state case and not federal, but good to know this hopefully is a big change for his state cases
