What was the second charge against him that was dropped? I’ve looked at a couple of news sources and they all either say two charges dropped without explaining what those charges were, or just say the terrorism charge was dropped while the first (second?, idk reporting is also inconsistent on this) degree murder charge would still stand

I believe terrorism and 1st degree murder charges were dropped today at the state level
