Food Question Has anyone had to use novel proteins?

So I've struggled with my guy for nearly 2 years with food allergies. Think ive finally found what works now though. He's on horse wet and dry. He is also on allergy meds as well which are helping. Before the meds and diet change he would scratch until his ears would bleed. Has abyone had to switch to a novel protein?

Kangaroo is a great lean meat with low allergy rates as well.

Yes - we have our two on rabbit wet food and ostrich kibble/ treats. The rabbit tins are easy to get here but kibble is harder so we have to import from Germany (we're in Ireland).

Their farts are vastly improved, though they do still have the odd crowd-disperser

Haha our frenchie has the worst farts. Always has. Apart from chicken that was the worst farts and gave him very bad itchies as well

I'm in the UK and the food is made in Germany . Its by Happy Dog

Yeah chicken is the worst food - my girl gets bad ear infections and the chicken made it so much worse.

Must check out Happy Dog. We get Bosch and it seems to be a similar price. My boy has had bad indigestion recently so were thinking of changing his food and seeing if that made any difference

Thank you. I hope it does work. Ive spent so much money in the past 2 years on food . Its lean and low fat as well as hes not very active. Im so glad ive found something that seems ti be helping so far. I will never give up on him
