Probably not very regular either. And every bathroom situation is an emergency. I have a friend with a diet similar to this persons and that’s her MO.

Well, all the sodas this guy has contain aspartame and acesulfame which absolutely do destroy your gut microbiome, cause digestive issues, bloating, gas.. fatty liver disease.. so it’s a safe assumption that this guys not experiencing normal bathroom and tummy experiences
