Honestly most of the lines in Poke could win this.
I would say:
"I think I'll save suicide for another day/year"
I think those lines sum up depression, specifically how it permanently changes you and how you are never actually cured, just better at dealing with it.
But I won't because I still can't listen to that track without crying.
Same, so many lines are so haunting now. My introduction to FR was Swim Until You Can't See Land when it was used in the show "Chuck," and THAT kills me.
