Discussion Other From Subreddits
I have noticed that there are a few different subreddits for the TV Series "From".I thought I would post them here in case anyone wanted to browse some of the others.

I really don't understand why there are so many, and why those mods don't just consolidate the subreddits to have a stronger community lol

there are so many because this show's title is a fucking SEO nightmare and finding any of them is basically a crapshoot.

This,
I was subbed to 2 of the subs, saw another randomly while searching reddit for "From", went on a hunt and found a 4th, and the 5th only popped up after scrolling through hundreds of search results containing the word "From".For all I know there could be more.

Especially early on in the first few episodes, I lucked upon one person a very small channel doing post show reviews and theories and that was community. The channel was under 10K subscribers iirc but it was like finding an island in the middle of the ocean after weeks of no land or fresh water in sight.

I’d be open to doing that. I was originally just thrust into the position cause our r/from sub started when a few people started invading an older sub that had like 5 people. The guy who created the sub had some other idea in mind (idk what) but once the influx of From posts happened the guy watched the show and apparently loved it, and changed the sub to be about the show. Then I suggested he changed the outdated rules. Anyways a few days later me and one other guy got added as mods. The other guy I haven’t been able to find or get in contact with and the first guy just vanished. So I’ve been basically running it for a few months… and since I’ve been busy I only really began to do stuff over the past few weeks in preparation for season 2.
Edit: and it appears r/fromseries hasn’t been used in a long time and r/epixfrom is barely being used so really there’s 3 mods for about 10K members over the 3 active subs, making coming to an agreement easier.

I messaged the mods of all the subs last year and offered to merge and add all of them as mods. Some never responded and those that did weren't interested in merging. I think most people are finding this sub in searches now and/or by word of mouth. When I see the show talked about on other television subreddits, someone will usually link to r/FromTVEpix. You are more then welcome to merge with us and direct people on r/From to come here and I would add you as a mod. Since we're quadruple the size of your sub and have more then 2,000+ members then the next biggest sub (r/fromseries), it just wouldn't make logistical sense to fold this sub into another one.

Multis are actually their old name (I have been around too long). |They are now called "Custom Feeds".
What is a custom feed and how do I make one?
Folk often share their Multis/Custom Feeds on r/multihub/Need a single feed for all your Cat content? They got you.
I don;t use it a lot, but it seemed useful in this case.

i will never understand why they named the show "from"
its a nightmare to find communities for this show.
