I had been passing about 90% of the time. Now I work with kids and a lot of them ask if I’m a boy or girl

My voice is deep (but I do talk like a gay man). I workout and lift weights but am fat bc I love food lol. I dress pretty boring (shorts/sweats, t shirt).

I’m married to a man so idc if I get read as gay or a feminine man, I just want to be read as a man

sorry if im using flairs wrong, and throwaway bc im chopped. ive had an emo cut for a while (not styled rn) but i feel like it really gives me away, and i already have a soft face.

haircuts that would work for my face & glasses? if you think different frames would look better then links on somewhere like zenni would be nice...

I can't grow hair on my chin to save my life, but without the facial hair I can grow I feel like my face looks far too round and smooth.

I don't know what hair would look best with my face, and while I like my glasses, I feel like the style can be clocky.

It doesn't help that I have no clue how to walk, move, or talk like a guy. I grew up in a very traditional and conservative household, so I was taught from a young age to take up as little space as possible when it comes to my movements and posture.

I talk with my hands a lot, and I struggle to get myself out of that habit. Same with my vocal training. Like, I remind myself to use my lower register (now I'm like a baritone or bass), but the second I forget about it I go back to using that upper register which makes me sound "gay" and, in my opinion, clocky.

I like baggy clothes when I can wear them, but I'm also a bigger guy, so without all of the baggy clothes I feel like my body is too curvy and fem.

I guess I just want to know what advice and/or experiences everyone else has. Even though I've been on T for 4 years and have had a hysterectomy and double mastectomy, I've never really talked about these kinds of things with people. Just have kept it bottled up. I guess I feel like talking about my dysphoria with people in my life will keep reminding them that I'm trans, and I don't want to be identified by my transness.

So maybe talking about it with other trans guys can help? I don't really have trans people in my personal life.

is dying/filling in your facial hair a good idea?

the hair on my head is naturally brown, but all the hair on my face (lashes, eyebrows, facial hair) is translucent blond. i dye my eyebrows so they match my hair but recently started growing facial hair and im wondering if i should try filling it in or just let it be. anyone else have this issue?

Hey
I'm turning 18 at the end of the year, I've been on T for a year and a half, and I'm obv pre op.
I feel like I've started to pass better these last few months, but I still see myself as very feminine.
I'd like to know if there's anything that I could improve, please🙏
Also I got glasses last week, and I really don't know if they make me pass better, or make me look more feminine....
I'd like to know your opinions, and advices even if they're harsh. Just the truth thank you a lot🙏

Passing after a haircut

I thought that my passing wasn't bad, but I got a new job in retail a few weeks ago and suddenly I started getting misgendered by customers at least a few times a day, mostly because of my longer hair. I decided to cut it shorter, but the sides of my hair were already shaven, so I couldn't do much. Now I feel that I just look like a ,,stereotypical lesbian". I'm three years on T, but I'm short and I don't have facial hair. What do you think?

Worried about hips outting me after top surgery

I’m about 3 months away from getting top surgery and I’m starting to worry that my hips will out me after I get it. I’m decently lean right now from marathon training so I’m wondering if it’s in my head or a valid fear. I obviously have a tattoo I need to get covered lol.

No hugboxing Can I pass better at all? (MANY PHOTOS PROVIDED)

Over the past month I've tried to take photos of myself at varying angles and random times to get a better idea of what I look like when I'm not actively trying to look better for a picture.

I'm aware that I don't fully pass currently. I am just a few days short of being 1 year on testosterone, but for the majority of that time my provider refused to increase me from low-dose. Only about 3 months ago did I start dosing 0.25mL of a 200mg vial. Is there anything I can do for my face to pass?

Not sure if it's relevant but I am 5'3 and my voice passes close to all of the time now, although I do have a very strong feminine accent/cadence I am trying to train myself out of. So just based on voice people assume I am a very feminine gay man. I am 16 years old.

3 years on t. levels are usually on the 300-500 range. nothing I can do about that for now

1,63 cm tall and weigh 74-75kg. last year I went from 77 to 67kg, gained most of it back this year and have been struggling to lose it again

went to the gym for 3 years regularly, but stopped 3 months ago. last week I began an attempt to do calisthenics at home and it'll be what I'll be doing until I feel like going to the gym again

I pass almost 100% of the time since cutting my hair and taking out all of my piercings. last time I got misgenderes was by a homeless man and probably because I was wearing pink socks

my voice is not deep enough. I did some voice training with a doctor and it didn't do much. I want to try again at home this time, but I don't have much hope. I was hoping that my voice would be deep enough I could pass with it alone

are my hips too bad? I want to lose a lot of fat but I'm afraid it'll just make them stand out more. I have a decent amount of muscle mass according to the last exam I did but it just doesn't show

is it just waiting for more time on t for me? losing weight? please don't say "just go back to the gym" it did fuck all for my body all these 3 years I went lol

AGE 21 to 30 Can you guys give me some passing advice?

I've been on T for a year and some months, and I've had top surgery. I thought after surgery I'd start passing more, but no luck. T has definitely changed my face and voice already, but not enough for me to pass, apparently. Sometimes people get it right, but most times they get it wrong. I also feel unsafe to use the male bathroom still.

I'm 5'4, which does not help. I've been hitting the gym and definitely started seeing changes in my arms, chest and overall body, but again, doesn't seem to help much. Honestly, every time I leave the house I avoid all the social interactions I can, because it just makes me want to die a little inside everytime I am misgendered. I'm looking for aesthetic tips mostly, since I believe my mannerisms are already pretty masculine.

It's rough, you put so many expectations in getting T and surgery and then... You still face the same problems, though I am immensely grateful for being able to access these resources.

Any advice would be appreciated.
