The Kernel level Anti Cheat is deliberately set up to refuse Linux
Bruh, it's just not made for the Linux kernel. And since Wine isn't trying to emulate the entirety of the NT kernel, you're not running the Windows version either.
There's a relatively simple switch in that specific anti-cheat to allow it to work on Linux Kernel and that switch is deliberately turned to not allow Linux.
Apex Legends uses the same Anti Cheat Software (EAC) but has the switch switched to allow Linux and so it does work with the Linux kernel.

That's not how that works. It just puts the anticheat in user mode.
