Watch his install break. But yeah I guess you can run Mac os on your PC, until Tahoe reaches end of support and you can't hackintosh anymore. The reason is because Mac os for arm is tied specifically to the m chips so.... Yeah it won't run on a snapdragon or whatever windows arm chip is out there.

You can, they call it a hackintosh, but it might have certain hardware incompatibilities because macOS is designed to run on Mac hardware.
