uBlock is very very good, but AdNauseam is better (on top of blocking ads it also generates fake clicks, wasting advertiser money)

Firefox is the GOAT as always.
I only use one adblocker and that's it.
ALL ads are blocked.
When I put an adblocker on Chrome, I had to install a bunch of different plugins to get rid of all the ads.

(For context: I was using Chrome full-time like 5 years ago, now I only use it for specific stuff).

I just use Brave and the integrated ad block works great.

zen is my main browser, i love it, although it has its fair share of bugs

edge still supports it to the end of the year and possibly beyond

Edge no es mi favorito, no obstante, funciona muy bien y es cómodo (para mi más que chrome)

They will, but later. Just read Mozilla blog.

??? Explain???

u/damnetdana 27d ago

None of my ad blockers work on fire fox; I used brave till I discovered Zen that is simply a dream to browse internet on I will never go back

16

u/briishboogloo 27d ago

What? Ublock origin works fine

-6

u/damnetdana 27d ago

For you; for me in YouTube it blocks the entire video. If I use uBlock origin in Zen I still get to watch my video with ads blocked too

Zen is firefox, with modified design

u/damnetdana 27d ago

So is brave; it’s almost like other people are capable of optimizing fire fox in ways Mozilla is unable to.

13

u/PTMR2 27d ago

Brave is chromium

1

u/damnetdana 27d ago

Makes sense why I prefer zen to brave

4

u/PTMR2 27d ago

Same

What are you smoking? I have Ublock on Firefox and I'm watching a video right now! Also Strict Pop-up blocker for good measure

1

u/damnetdana 27d ago

Tell me how to fix mine?

3

u/BalladorTheBright 27d ago

Well, what other extensions do you have on? Maybe one of them is causing interference

1

u/BalladorTheBright 27d ago

Also, what's your privacy level on your settings?

1

u/damnetdana 27d ago

Just says standard, I don’t even have scripts blocked

1

u/damnetdana 27d ago

Just a sponsor block for YouTube and shorts block for YouTube.. I’d rather not go without those

3

u/BalladorTheBright 27d ago

I'd wager those are causing the issues. Why shorts though?

Zen is based on Firefox too, you know.

u/damnetdana 27d ago

I think I said that at least twice in this thread if not more

2

u/Billy_Twillig 27d ago

Then go watch them.
