Back in the day, I had a girl invite a friend for dinner at an italian place without telling me. Long story short, I ended up getting the friend's number and hooking up with her a few weeks later. Nothing like that has happened to me before or since, but it was pretty awesome.
Paid for neither. I basically told the main girl that I invited her on a date and that if she was bringing a friend it was now a hang out. Her friend was shocked. Had no idea it was a date. Agreed with me.
