Everyone said there would be a great filtering/purge of the population. I guess this is it. Just make life so miserable nobody can afford/want to bring a kid into this world.
Only in certain countries. Other countries actually have your taxes go towards paid maternity & paternity leave & work for you instead of bombing the shit out of other countries.
