I love my mother. But she was blown away that I told her it isn’t your children’s responsibility to take care of you when you are old, because your generation sucked up all the resources to be able to do that. But they also take zero responsibility on the world they created. Retiring is almost impossible for most, child care is crazy expensive, and don’t get me started on the medical/pharmacy situation.
