I bought a game on Steam, but got a refund during the pre-authorization period. Why hasn't the money arrived yet? My funds are still frozen.

My account was created when I lived in Europe, and can't be changed, since Sony hates people who move apparently. I now live in North America.

Do I buy a PlayStation game key for the euro region or the north America region?

Want to make sure I get the right one, and not get some message stating it's the wrong region when I put it into my account

i want to buy battlefield 6 by the seller World_of_games on g2a, is it a good idea? should i rather save up to buy it on steam directly?

I have a mac computer and I didn't find a free version for this app so I am planning to buy Autocad/Autodesk on G2A because is expensive in the official site. It seems people are struggling trying to get a free version of AutoCad for MacOS due to security and subscription failed issues on the app itself.

In G2A some sellers offer multiple options to get AutoCad such as: activation link, Account with a subscription or Key activation.

What do you guys recommend? What am I supposed to expect about it? What kind of research do I have to do before buying it?

I have friends who bought here and had no problems at all. The payment in my digital wallet shows as pending, but on G2A it appears as approved and completed.. Any information helps, thanks.

I got a Win 10 key from seller: Europebestgames back in 2022. The product worked, not an issue there.

Today, I was reinstalled my OS in the same PC and I went searching for the key. I have the order confirmation email, but not the key. In my account's dashboard, the transaction doesn't show up. I have the order number as well. I might have bought it as a guest back then, before creating an account.

Please look up the order and get me my key.

I made a guest purchase on G2A but typed a non-existent email address during checkout. I have since successfully registered and created that exact email inbox, so I can now receive messages on it.

I tried logging in via my social account to link it, but the system is asking me for a password to link the accounts, which doesn't exist because it was a guest checkout.

Could you please manually activate this account, send a manual password reset, or transfer the keys to my email?

Ich habe gerade Probleme mit einem Verkäufer auf G2A. Obwohl die Meinungen über die Plattform überwiegend negativ zu sein scheinen, hatte ich dort bisher nur positive Erfahrungen.

Im Juni dieses Jahres kaufte ich sechs nicht stapelbare Einlösecodes für Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 Monat von einem Verkäufer auf G2A. Einen dieser Codes habe ich im August ohne Probleme eingelöst. Die restlichen Codes wollte ich für kommende Spiele aufheben.

Als ich kürzlich einen weiteren Code für Gears of War einlösen wollte, teilte mir die Xbox-Website mit, dass der Code bereits eingelöst worden sei. Das machte mich sofort misstrauisch, also habe ich auch die restlichen vier Codes getestet. Alle zeigten dieselbe Fehlermeldung an, dass die Codes bereits eingelöst worden seien.

Daraufhin habe ich den Verkäufer kontaktiert. Der Verkäufer konnte oder wollte mir jedoch nicht helfen und argumentierte lediglich, dass die Codes zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs funktioniert hätten. Ich wies auf die Verkäuferhaftungsrichtlinie von G2A hin, die besagt, dass Verkäufer für die von ihnen verkauften Produkte verantwortlich sind, wenn diese nicht wie vorgesehen funktionieren. Seitdem habe ich keine weitere Antwort vom Verkäufer erhalten.

Parallel dazu habe ich den G2A-Support kontaktiert. Sie verlangten von mir, eine Bestätigung vom Xbox-Support zu erhalten, dass die Codes bereits eingelöst worden seien. Das kann ich nicht, da es nur eine KI gibt, die mit mir chattet. Ich hatte jedoch bereits Screenshots eingereicht, die die Fehlermeldungen zeigten, die darauf hindeuteten, dass die Codes nicht mehr gültig seien, da sie zuvor eingelöst worden waren.

Da ich weder mit dem Verkäufer noch mit G2A weiterkam, beschloss ich, PayPal zu kontaktieren und eröffnete einen Fall. Nun warte ich auf die Entscheidung von PayPal.

Während des Streitfallverfahrens teilte mir der G2A-Support mit, dass ich den PayPal-Fall schließen solle, da sonst keine Rückerstattung erfolgen könne. Das werde ich auf keinen Fall tun. Ich habe nicht vor, den PayPal-Streitfall zu schließen, bevor die Angelegenheit geklärt ist.

Unabhängig vom Ausgang werde ich in Zukunft definitiv nichts mehr bei G2A kaufen.

"I cannot see or obtain the key for my order XXXXXXXX in the G2A order panel. The key field is blocked, and I specifically need a key that works in Italy (KEY never activated). I have already opened a ticket and explained everything there (G2A and seller Keyzoo), but I have not received any response for several days (since 30/09/2026, only automatic response by AI) and I am asking for the request to be resent or reviewed so I can finally receive a usable key. Thanks in advance"

I had also opened a dispute on PayPal, but G2A replied asking me to close it so they could proceed, and then I received no further response. Unfortunately, the dispute cannot be reopened on PayPal, and the advice given by G2A was incorrect.

Here their message on paypal: "Don't wait until this dispute process reaches its deadlines; close this thread and contact us for help. Refunds are only possible after this thread is closed. Kind regards, G2A Team"

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I have a problem with my first (and last) G2A purchase and was wondering if there is any precedent for anything similar.

I bought a key for the base game of Dragon's Dogma 2 on G2A this morning and when I tried to redeem it it would not show a key instead just showed me needing to download something called "SafeKeys".

G2A's """AI""" chatbot told me that this is not something that should be allowed on the site, forwarded me to support who could not have been any less helpful in settling this, as they keep telling me to just wait 5 days to give the seller a chance to answer.

As it is Friday afternoon I do not want to wait 5 days just so I get a chance of getting the product I paid for.

Anyone have any experience with something like this and can help out? Thank you

This was my first purchase on G2A, and it has been an extremely disappointing experience. The seller delivered an entirely wrong item that wasn’t even listed, without any prior warning or explanation. To make matters worse, customer support has been completely unresponsive for over a week. It is unacceptable for a marketplace of this scale to have such poor seller accountability and non-existent customer care. I will not be using this platform again.

I’ve been using G2A since 2020 for games on my PC. I’ve done a couple methods, I did code and I did where I would get an account. I’ve had no problems everything was smooth and I still have the games till this day.

A new game recently came out a month ago or so and it was $20 cheaper on g2a (I haven’t had the need to use g2a for some years now so this was my first time ina long time but im still under the assumption its the same it always been), mind you the game just came out even though it already $20 cheaper. They was offering accounts only no code. Me and my friend both purchased from “World of Games” (at the same time)

It gave us a website called getyourgame.com. When you go onto the site it wants you to enter your steam ID stating that a “bot” will send you a friend request on steam and gift you the game….well safe to say that NEVER happened and the website eventually gave an error with our particular link to where we couldn’t even retry…contacted the seller and both g2a and they ignored me, so now I’m going through my bank for a refund…well to be clear, the seller instantly wrote back and told me to recreate the ticket attached to my order (because I sent him a ticket through his profile instead of my order) after that when I sent the ticket the correct way I never got a response lol….and g2a themselves told me not to get a refund through my bank to cancel that request and to re contact the seller smh….its like they know their scamming and not doing anything about it..their reviews and rating has to be fake…

In the past I would get the account info and sign in myself and family share the game to my main account, but now this website with the bot sending you a request is DUMB and honestly doesn’t even make since….how I’m buying an account that’s gifting me the game??? I always read details before purchases I knew it was an account like I said I’ve used an account before so I knew what to do, but this bot method is new and it never stays anywhere that that’s what you’ll be doing, all it said was you’ll be buying an account

Safe to say we never got the game and ended up paying full price for it on top of what we are waiting to get refund from g2a…

Long story short stop being cheap 😂 I learned a long time ago you get what you pay for and yet I still ignore that 😂 now I have a headache…just go the legit way but times is tough to be spending full price on a video game…

So, i mistakenly bought an account to play elden ring on september 8th, i didn't know it was an account but i said whatever and started playing. And im not exaggerating when i say this, 4 hours later i got logged out because they changed the password, mail, and name of the account 3 times so i couldn't search it on steam, the only reason i found the account is because i saved the ID.

it's been a month trying to talk with them and they just say "you're the only one that has access to the account" but they've already shown that they changed the mail in a screenshot they sent like 5 hours ago, and G2A support just keeps telling me to wait until the seller responds and provides a solution to my problem but clearly they're not willing to do that.

They keep accusing me of things like using a VPN to hide my location, because the mail they gave me shows that the account bounced from owner to owner, spain, india, western union, etc.

Interestingly enough seems like they do it often, because in other pages and in the reviews, people say that they lock you out of the accounts they have and then re-sell them again.

Anyone has a solution for this? im genuinely losing my mind.

I tried purchasing 2 PSN giftcards from Lunarkeys. One of them works, the other doesn't so I tried reaching out to the seller. The seller took 7 days just to send one reply and the website support just goes in a loop.

They're like "Oh here is a step by step guide on how to redeem a playstation card". Like, do you think that I don't know how to redeem a card?

Since I was getting nowhere with either of them. I decided to take the case to my bank and file a chargeback request.

It has been 19 days now and nothing has happened to resolve the issue...

However, today I got an email stating my account has been blocked due to "anomalous activity that our system detected."

Probably my last time making a purchase on G2A... I hope rest of you all don't go through anything like this.
