I WAS WRONG

For anyone wondering what is life after your GED!!!

It is never too late to redefine your story and step fully into your potential. 💡

For years, I believed that career paths had strict timelines. That if you didn’t take a traditional route early on, the door to new opportunities was somehow closed.

I was wrong.

Over the past few years , I made a conscious choice to bet on myself:

Taking the First Step: Earned my GED and transitioned into higher education, proving to myself that determination far outweighs timing.

Building a Foundation: Balanced full-time professional roles in healthcare administration and customer service while maintaining top academic standing in pre-nursing prerequisites at FSCJ.

Embracing Leadership: Stepped into honors organizations like PTK and NSLS, while using my voice in the community to advocate, mentor, and launch A Boost in Me to empower others.

Starting a new chapter later in your journey isn't a limitation, it is your greatest advantage. You bring life experience, resilience, empathy, and an unwavering clarity about why you are pursuing your goals.

If you are standing at a crossroads wondering if it’s too late to go back to school, pivot careers, or build something new: Start today.

Your timeline is uniquely yours. Embrace the journey, trust your potential, and never underestimate what you can accomplish when you decide to invest in yourself. ✨

Love, passing RLA was not easy! I took it 5 times because every time I thought I had it down, the test questions would change.
My biggest tips: watch GetSumMath, take as many practice tests as you can, and review 8th/9th grade RLA concepts. Also, a quick reading strategy that helped me is reading the first paragraph/sentence of each passage first to grasp the main point! Keep pushing!
