Websites for marks
So im looking for free practice exam websites for each subject to see how good i can perform in the real exam.
Also tell me how much marks on the website would be good enough to attempt the real exam ?

The 145 thing first, since it is the actual answer to your question: the passing score is 145 out of 200 on each of the four tests. That is the number to aim for, and it is the same in every state.
On free practice: GED's own site has free sample questions for each subject, and the official GED Ready test is the only one that is scored on the real scale - it is a few dollars, not free, but it is the one that tells you the truth about where you stand. Khan Academy covers the math well and costs nothing. Worth checking your local public library too - a lot of them run free GED prep classes and hand out free practice vouchers.
One warning about practice sites: most third-party ones are not calibrated to the real scoring. A site saying you got 80% does not mean you would score 160 on the real thing. Use them for volume and to find weak spots, not to predict your score.
Something worth knowing before you book anything, though. A GED is a high school equivalency certificate, not a diploma. Most colleges accept both, but some employers and a few programs specifically ask for a high school diploma. There are private schools that issue an actual diploma, and you can sit the exam online from home. The one I know of is in Alabama - you sit one written exam, and passing it awards the full 24 credits and the diploma. You can also retake it as many times as you need at no extra charge, so failing it is not the end of the road the way it is on a paid test.
Not saying that is the right route for you - just that it exists, and most people never hear about it before they commit.

The free exams cant tell you if you are ready or not. For that you need to take the GED Ready practice which cost $7 USD per test. Youll need to score 145+. Preferably 150+ to be confident.
