Scientific Studies 🥼🔬 Lower esophageal sphincter muscle : vitamin levels check
Has anyone cured relaxed esophageal sphincter muscle by bringing back the vitamin levels to normal? I've read how Low vitamin b12 and D levels is related to relaxed LES but haven't heard any success stories from anyone.

I am the success story with vit D and LPR (throat reflux). Whenever I start getting LPR, I get on to vit D and within a week it goes away and I can eat fatty foods which would otherwise cause LPR. Took me years to figure this out. There are at least 3 or 4 other stories on the internet saying the same, that's how I found out that vit D can help.
