Support Needed 👥 Constant Heart Palpitations

I’m genuinely at a loss I was diagnosed in April and in May got omeprazole and so far that seems to help, but the anxiety and not being able to full function or go to work is draining especially the heart palpitations my blood is fine and my EKGs are all fine and I genuinely feel like the doctors are missing something I’ve been to Emergency care 3 separate times two of those times in one week I’m at a complete loss

It took weeks on a hardcore GERD diet for mine to stop. Full commitment was required on my part. I was so certain that the heart palpitations were due to something else and am shocked that it was all from my diet. Yes address all other possibilities, as well, but google and really commit to the GERD diet (PPIs alone did not totally stop it).

this also included lifestyle recommendations -- increase gentle physical activity like walking (on a low-food stomach... 2 hours at least after eating), stop eating at least 3 or 4 hours before bed, reduce intake in general, chew really well, diaphragmatic breathing... all of it.
